Clean The Wound Area Clean the wound with sterile saline or as instructed by wound care provider.	Simply Place Dressing On The Wound Apply the dressing directly on the wound (you can trim or fold to best fit the wound size). Either side can be placed on wound. Cover the wound and 1 inch of normal skin beyond the wound area.	Gently Apply the Fixed Bandage On The Dressing Secure with a secondary dressing, such as island dressing, gauze pad/rolls secured with tape or self-adhesive bandages, or other adhesive dressings.
