To make Mulberry Leaf (White Mulberry) Morus alba tea, place 1 teaspoon (approximately 2 g) or 2-3 whole dried leaves in a mug. Add 200 ml of freshly boiled water. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain and drink after steeping. It is recommended to drink 3 times a day before meals.
