More than 185 farmers and no less ambitious management have been ensuring continuous organic quality for 20 years, of which we are also allowed to import a certain quota. The range is really clear, but the suppliers are often small, family-owned companies. The tea fields are located in the southwestern part of the island almost at sea level height. Mainly grune and black, but also some white teas are produced and marketed here. In terms of quality, our variety resembles the tea from the northern districts around Kandy with a rather spicy, powerful cup. De theeelders liggen in het zuidwestelijke deel van het eiland vrijwel op zeepiegelhoogte. Vooral grune en zwarte, maar ook enkele witte theesoorten worden hier geproduceerd en op de markt gebracht.
