Why should our Mixed Dried Pollen be preferred?
First of all, we have bees. We do the production ourselves. We work with healthy bees. We do not use antibiotics on our bees. Our hives in which we produce are made of wood, our pollen traps from which we collect pollen are made of wood. Our region is rich in endemic plant flora. Hacettepe University has analyzed the palynological, chemical, and antioxidant capacities of our region through studies.
Our bees visit flowers in nature, collect pollen with their feet, make spindles, and bring it back to their hives. We collect our pollen daily. If the pollen is left in the hive pollen basket for too long, it can turn rancid because it's still fresh. We have a settled system on our farm. We attach great importance to hygiene when collecting pollen. We disinfect our hands, wear gloves, a cap (to prevent hair loss), and a mask over our mouth.
We collect pollen from the pollen boxes of the hives. We take the pollen to our filling facility, which holds an ISO 22000 quality certificate, by paying attention to transportation conditions and keeping it clean, dry, odor-free, away from sunlight, and with a cold chain. We place it in the freezer located there. We take samples from all the jars, mix them homogeneously, and send them to Argefar for analysis. After the analysis results are available, we remove the pollen from the freezer for production, pass it through the pollen sorting machine, and visually inspect it again. We put the pollen in our drying oven and dehumidify our pollen at 38 degrees.
We provide the batch number and production date, wash and disinfect our pollen containers. Hygiene is important to us. We fill the dry pollen we produce with love. When our customers request it, we place it in special styrofoam boxes, add a wooden spoon for pollen consumption, and send it to our customers.
When you take our mixed dry pollen in your mouth, you'll feel the name, aroma, and flavor of the flowers on your palate. You can consume our dry pollen plain, with honey, yogurt, or fruit juice for breakfast. You can consume it in half a teaspoon for children and a teaspoon for adults. We call it mixed pollen because we homogeneously mix the pollen we produce throughout the season.

Bon appetit to those who consume our specially produced, lovingly prepared pollen.
What is Natural Mixed Dried Pollen?
As our bees leave the hives, they smear honey on the pollen baskets on their hind legs and leave their homes for nature. They visit hundreds of flowers and fill the pollen baskets on their hind legs with the pollen on each flower they land on. When their pollen baskets are full, they return to the hive. As they pass through the pollen traps at the entrance, the pollen on their legs falls into the wooden pollen drawer under the hive. We store the pollen we collect daily in a hygienic environment in the freezer on our farm. We mix the pollen we collect from the bees throughout the season. We call pollen mixed pollen. We place our mixed pollen in our pollen drying oven and dehumidify it at 38 degrees.
