Why is our raw flower honey special?
Since we are beekeepers ourselves, we manage the production techniques and stages ourselves, carrying out all the processes from the very beginning until the honey is put into the jar. We prioritize healthy bees, and our hives are free of bee diseases such as American foulbrood, European foulbrood, and Nosema.
We feed our bees with honey in winter.
We make the basic combs used in the hive during production from our own honeycombs. This is important because dirty combs purchased from abroad can be problematic they can increase the wax with paraffin wax and may contain naphthalene and antibiotic residues. Clean water is crucial for bees we've built a clean water trough for our bees in our apiary, which they use to meet their water needs. Wire is drawn to attach the combs to the frames of the hives, and we use chrome wire (which doesn't rust or oxidize). Iron-mixed wires can be used in the market to reduce costs. We show our bees love while caring for the hives.
Hygiene is our top priority when harvesting honey. We wear our uniforms, masks, gloves, and a headscarf. We harvest honey in a clean and hygienic environment. We have a well-established system on our farm. We fill the honey into special lacquered honey cans. We fill our filling facility, which holds the ISO 22000-2005 food safety quality certificate.
The honey we collect from our hives freezes over time due to hot and cold weather fluctuations, just like olive oil. Some honeys on the market are heated at high temperatures to prevent freezing. The honey is filtered and tempered with a certain amount of glucose to extend its shelf life. We offer our raw flower honey to people as it is collected from the hive. Our honey freezes over time, so we offer it frozen for consumption. We call this honey raw honey. You can consume our raw flower honey as is.

What are the Benefits of Raw Flower Honey?
Unlike normal honey, the back layer of the honey that matures in the hive is removed and obtained through various methods. Because it's purified from the honeycomb, it's one of the easiest types of honey to eat. Because it's natural, it doesn't negatively affect blood sugar levels. You can consume it by adding it to warm water. It supports the immune system.
