Preparation of Bulgur for PilafRecommendation1Add some oil to the pot. Add 1 cup of Dola Corn for Pilaf. Roast for 5-6 minutes over low heat. Add 3 cups of hot water and cook over low heat for 45-50 minutes, stirring constantly, until the water is absorbed. If the water is low, add more hot water and continue cooking. Optionally, you can prepare a tomato and pepper sauce in a separate pot and serve.
Bulgur Preparation Suggestion for Pilaf2Place 1 cup of Dola Rice Corn in a pot. Add 3 cups of water. Boil for 15 minutes and then turn off the heat. Let it rest, covered, for 1 hour. Optionally, prepare a tomato and pepper sauce in a pot with a little oil. Add the corn that has been rested for 1 hour. Once it boils, reduce the heat and cook for 45-50 minutes. Stir occasionally while cooking. If the water is low, add hot water and cook over low heat until you reach the desired consistency.
