How to Use?
- Place a total of 1 tablespoon of rose buds and rose petals in a teapot.
- Add water at 70 C, close the lid, and steep for approximately 5-8 minutes.
Dried rose petals and rose petals are easier to make as tea. Fresh leaves and buds contain more water, making them more difficult to dissolve. You can add other herbs like lavender and chamomile to your tea for added flavor. Honey or a slice of lemon can also be added if desired.
