How to Use?

• You can add a few drops of vetiver oil to bath water and relax in it.
• It can be used by adding it to a censer or diffuser for 20 minutes before going to bed to have a comfortable sleep.
• It can be used by adding it to skin care products or face creams to equalize skin tone and get rid of skin problems.
• It should be used diluted 1 for the face and 1.6 for the body.
• People with oily skin should use it together with jojoba oil or argan oil.
• People with sensitive skin should use it mixed with rosehip seed oil for anti-blemish care.
• People with dry skin should use it by mixing it with shea butter and apricot kernel oil.
• When used around the eyes, it should be diluted with 0.1 sweet almond oil.
• It can be applied by massaging the bottoms of the feet or the temples to benefit from its calming effects.
• Using essential oils internally (by mouth) is dangerous. It can only be used in trace amounts and should not be used without the supervision of an expert. People who are lucky enough to find vetiver plant root can keep the root in a glass jar filled with water and then drink the water. In this way, the blood is cleansed.

Nasil Kullanilir?

• Banyo suyu içerisine birkaç damla vetiver yagi eklenerek içerisinde dinlenilebilir.
• Rahat uyku uyumak için yatmadan önce 20 dakika boyunca buhurdanlik veya difüzöre eklenerek kullanilabilir.
• Cilt tonunu esitlemek ve cilt problemlerinden kurtulmak için cilt bakim ürünleri veya yüz kremlerinin içerisine eklenerek kullanilabilir.
• Yüz için 1, vücut için 1,6 oraninda seyreltilerek kullanilmalidir.
• Yagli cilde sahip kisiler jojoba yagi veya argan yagi ile birlikte kullanmalidir.
• Hassas cilde sahip kisiler leke karsiti bakim yapmak için kusburnu çekirdegi yagi ile karistirarak kullanmalidir.
• Kuru cilde sahip kisiler shea yagi ve kayisi çekirdegi yagi ile karistirarak kullanmalidir.
• Göz çevresine kullanilirken tatli badem yagi ile 0,1 oraninda seyreltilerek kullanmalidir.
• Sakinlestirici etkilerinden faydalanmak için ayak altlarina ya da sakaklara masaj yapilarak uygulanabilir.
• Uçucu yaglarin dahili (agiz yoluyla) olarak kullanilmasi tehlikelidir. Kullanimi ancak eser miktarda yapilabilir ve bir uzman gözetiminde olmadan kullanilmamalidir. Vetiver bitki kökünü bulma sansi olan kisiler, su dolu bir cam kavanozda kökü bekletebilir daha sonra suyunu içebilirler. Bu sayede kanin temizlenmesi saglanir.
