Cedar trees are located in the Taurus Mountains of Mersin, at altitudes between 1200m and 2000m. Cedar trees, native to the Taurus Mountains, can live up to 2000 years and have an impressive appearance and a fragrant scent.

Cedar honey is not a flower honey, but a secretion. Depending on seasonal temperature and rainfall, the common cedar beetle consumes the cedar sap from the cedar tree and produces a secretion. Our bees carry this secretion back to the hive to produce cedar honey.

Because it is produced according to seasonal conditions, its production is limited and cannot be done every year. It is enjoyed in the Mediterranean region and consumed for medicinal purposes. It has a unique aroma.

We produce it using organic beekeeping methods in the Taurus Mountains.

Mevsim sartlarina göre üretildigi için sinirli miktarda üretimi yapilir ve her yil üretim yapilamaz. Akdeniz bölgesinde tadi çok sevilerek ve sifa niyetine tüketilir. Kendine has bir aromasi vardir.
