This balancing facial tonic is specially designed for mature, dry and or sensitive skin. It perfectly completes cleansing and at the same time prepares the skin in the best possible way for the next care. With its pH value of 5.5, it soothes redness and irritated areas on the skin. It provides intense moisture and provides a fresh skin feeling. Its hypoallergenic formula is based on Marula Oil and Manuka Honey Extract, two botanical ingredients valued for their powerful antioxidant, soothing and anti-aging effects. Instead of purified water, the product contains double-distilled chamomile hydrolase and lavender, which complement and naturally accelerate the action of the two main active ingredients.
Suitable for ageing, thinning and dry skin. For best results, it is recommended to use morning and evening together with Manuka Marula Protective Serum and Manuka Marula Moisturising Cream.
MARULA OIL: ANTIOXIDATIVE PROTECTION AND LIGHTENING
This precious oil is obtained from the fruits of the elephant tree. This type of tree grows only in South Africa. Marula oil contains a unique variety of antioxidant active ingredients and a very high amount of vitamin E. This composition makes marula oil a powerful anti-aging booster. The oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, so it also has a calming, protective effect and ensures a radiant, balanced complexion.
MANUKA HONEY: FIRMING AND CONSTRUCTIVE EFFECT
Manuka honey is obtained from the nectar of the South Sea myrtle. This shrub species is found only in New Zealand and small areas of Australia. The natives of New Zealand have used Manuka honey for skincare for centuries and value it for its firming, repairing and naturally skin-soothing properties. Manuka honey also contains methylglyoxal, a substance not found in regular honey. It activates the skin's own production of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD and CAT. These are essential for the regeneration of mature skin and visibly increase its elasticity.
