Ingredients:

-hot water
-olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Spoon (per plate) ecology market gluten free organic pasta sauce (you can change the amount according to your taste.)
Construction:
- take the water in the pot and boil it.
- add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the boiling water.
- add gluten free buckwheat twisted pastry on it.
