Green olives are individually hand-harvested from olive trees grown using completely natural methods.

It is produced in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex Table Olive Communiqué, from olive trees grown using completely natural methods without the use of any chemicals. It is individually hand-harvested and pickled in glass jars.

Since it does not contain any preservatives, it is preserved by the olives' own bitterness. If you want to remove the bitterness, pour water into the jar and let it sit. After 2-3 days, carefully open the lid and strain the bitter juice. You can continue this process according to your taste.

Store in a cool, dry place.
