Homemade Organic Elderberry Syrup Recipe

Empty contents of elderberry syrup mix into included cotton muslin bag tie closed.
In a medium saucepan, combine filled bag with 3 cups filtered water.
Bring to a boil then turn down heat.
Cover simmer for 30 minutes.
Turn off heat and let liquid cool completely.
Remove bag, squeezing out any excess liquid into the saucepan.
Add 1 cup raw, local honey to liquid and stir until well combined.
Pour into a glass container and store in refrigerator for up to 3 months.

Suggested Use:

Adults take 1 Tbsp and children (1 year old ) take 1 tsp syrup per day to maintain wellness. For extra support, you can take this dose every few hours as needed.
