Frequently Asked Questions

Can the machine be used with direct current only (without the battery and only the charger)?

The TAMTEC SPORT 2 PLUS can only be used with the rechargeable battery. You cannot use the machine with only the charger plugged into the wall. The battery must be inside the machine in order for it to work. NOTE: You can purchase the battery from our website OR from other sellers

I am allergic to latex. Can I still use the adhesive electrodes that come with the machine?

Our TAMEXX Adhesive Electrode Pads are latex free.

I've never used an EMS/TENS machine before. Is it difficult to use?

The TAMTEC SPORT 2 PLUS is very simple and easy to use. It was designed with you in mind and is recommended for personal use.
