St. John's Wort combines with olive oil to create a distinctive deep red color. It is usually harvested in late June. It contains no additives, preservatives, or coloring other than olive oil and St. John's Wort. We produce it using our own extra virgin olive oil. This extra virgin olive oil is table-quality.
Storage Conditions: We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place, sealed, away from sunlight. It can be stored for years under these conditions. It is not recommended to store it in the refrigerator. It is not a medicinal product.

Sari kantaron yagi, sari kantaron bitkisinin çiçek ve yapraklarinin mevsiminde zeytinyagi içerisine birakilmasi ve bekletilmesiyle (maserasyon) elde edilir. Bekleme süresi arttikça karisimin yogunlugu ve etkisi de artacaktir.
Sari kantaron, zeytinyagiyla birleserek kendine has koyu kirmizi bir renk alir. Genellikle Haziran ayi sonlarinda toplanmaya baslar. Içeriginde zeytinyagi ve sari kantarondan baska hiçbir katki, koruyucu ya da renklendirici yoktur. Kendi zeytinlerimizden elde ettigimiz natürel sizma zeytinyagimizi kullanarak üretiyoruz.
