MühendisARIHOW IS BLACK SEED HONEY MADE?
To select a suitable plateau for Black Cumin Honey production, our beekeeping expert, Remzi Çelik, sets out in September. He selects the appropriate plateau and determines the land where our bees will be accommodated. Dogan Duykun, the manager of the Black Cumin Honey production farm, loads the bees onto trucks from their accommodation in Izmir in mid-July and sets off for the plateau we have chosen in the Bucak region. This journey is challenging and arduous for both the bees and the beekeeper. Once we have safely landed the bees on the field, our Black Cumin Honey adventure truly begins. Once accommodation is complete, our Caucasian bees begin their work to produce honey. Thus, the Black Cumin Honey production adventure begins.
