Unique Taste, Exquisite Flavor at MühendisARI
Our highland flower honey
Our beekeeping expert Tayfun Derin sets out in May to select a suitable plateau for honey production in Erzincan. He selects the appropriate plateau and determines the land where our bees will be accommodated. Cemil Gedik, the manager of the MühendisARI Erzincan Region Wildflower Honey production farm, loads the bees from their accommodation in Diyarbakir onto trucks and sets off for the plateau we've chosen in Erzincan. This journey is challenging and arduous for both the bees and the beekeeper. Our MühendisARI Erzincan Region Wildflower Honey adventure truly begins when we unload the bees safely onto the field. Honey flowers are slowly beginning to bloom in nature. From this date on, our bees begin collecting and storing honey. MühendisARI Erzincan honey contains thyme, honeysuckle, phyllostachys, sainfoin, broomrape, cocklebur, yellow thorn, purple thorn, and 1,000 other very special flowers belonging to the Erzincan Region Wildflower. The most important feature of MühendisARI Erzincan Region Wildflower Honey is that it is obtained from the Caucasian bee race. The Caucasian bee race has a longer honey extraction tongue than other bee races. Therefore, MühendisARI Erzincan honey, like all honey, has a unique taste and aroma.
