MühendisARI HOW IS ERZURUM FLOWER HONEY MADE?
MühendisARI Erzurum Region Flower Honey is one of the most valuable products we strive to offer you. While the Erzurum Region has a unique nature for flower honey production, it is also a very delicate region. Weather conditions here can change very quickly, and a sudden gust of dust can end the honey season in an instant. The continental climate is highly prevalent here. Regular honey production for the Erzurum Region's Flower Honey can be achieved year-round. To select a suitable plateau for honey production in Erzurum, our beekeeping expert, Tayfun Derin, sets out in May. He selects the appropriate plateau and determines the land where our bees will be housed. Engineer Cemil Gedik, the manager of the Erzurum Region Flower Honey production farm, loads the bees onto trucks from their accommodation in Diyarbakir in mid-June and sets off for the plateau we've chosen in Erzurum. This journey is challenging and arduous for both the bees and the beekeeper. Our Flower Honey adventure truly begins when we safely land the bees. Honey flowers are slowly beginning to bloom in nature. From this date on, our bees begin collecting and storing honey. Engineer Ari Erzurum Region Flower Honey contains thyme, honeysuckle, phyllostachys, sainfoin, broomrape, cocklebur, yellow thorn, purple thorn, and 1000 other varieties of very special flowers. The most important feature of Engineer Ari Erzurum Region Flower Honey is that it is obtained from the Caucasian bee breed. The Caucasian bee breed has a longer honey extraction tongue than other bee breeds. Therefore, Engineer Ari Erzurum Region Flower Honey has a unique taste and aroma.
