Aioli is a garlic and olive oil based sauce, widely used on the northern shore of the Mediterranean. It is THE ideal sauce to accompany steamed or baked fish, but also grilled vegetables or meats. INGREDIENTS Rapeseed oil, egg yolk, vinegar, water, rehydrated garlic (3.9 ), Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, preservative: sodium bisulfite), sugar, salt, flavoring, glucose syrup, colors: lutein and paprika extract, xanthan gum and guar seed flour, pepper, concentrated lemon juice INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Store between 2 C and 8 C and consume within one month.
