Energy Boost (Flavored Herbal Tea)
Do you like drinking tea? Who doesn't? Especially in our country, there's almost no one who doesn't like tea. In almost every home, the first thing people do when they wake up is boil water to brew tea. While there are a few people who don't like tea, the majority of families love it, and there's definitely one who's a tea addict.
Tea is the hot drink enjoyed in our society to wake up in the morning. Coffee, preferred by the majority in Western society, is now becoming more widespread here, with coffee shops popping up on every street. However, this popularity hasn't diminished the amount of tea consumed each year. Turkey remains one of the countries with the highest tea consumption in the world. For us, tea isn't just a morning wake-up drink it's also a companion enjoyed at any time of day, with anyone, and in any situation. Tea, a hot drink that energizes and revitalizes us, helps us perform our work or studies better in the middle of the day, and also comes to mind when we're tired and want to relax. A hot cup of tea is what we reach for to refresh ourselves, relieve stress, or quell boredom.
A cup of tea is always in our hands while chatting with loved ones, enjoying the cookies we offer our guests, or watching television with the family in the evening. In short, tea holds a much larger place in our lives than we realize.
We haven't been able to achieve the same success when it comes to the varieties of tea that are consumed so frequently, making us one of the world's top tea-drinking nations. For some reason, when it comes to tea types, most of us rarely think of anything other than black tea. While green tea and sometimes white tea have begun to make their way into our lives, it's quite difficult to find delicious, high-quality, and fresh versions of these teas. Unfortunately, the herbal teas and other tea varieties available on the market are in bags and don't offer the best flavor possible.

Our Energy Boost tea is extremely easy to brew. All you need to do is follow a few tips to fully experience the flavor of our tea.
Of course, the first thing you need to do is boil the water. The ideal temperature for brewing Energy Boost tea is between 85-100 degrees Celsius. You can reach this temperature by letting the boiled water sit for a few minutes. Just make sure you use drinking water and boil the water only once. Boiling water multiple times reduces the oxygen in the water, which prevents the tea from being as flavorful.
