Our capsule coffees are produced in our own facilities in Istanbul and are arguably the freshest capsule coffees you can buy in Türkiye. We claim that you will feel the freshness of our coffees in your cup!

- We produce and package all of our coffee products in our own facility.

- We directly import the green coffee beans we use. For this reason, we work with one of Italy's largest coffee importers. Our primary goal in doing this is to maintain the same flavor profiles in our products and ensure sustainable product flavor quality.

- The coffee blends we use are among the most popular and have been used in Italy for 20 years.

- We roast our coffees in medium-dark profiles, according to world-renowned Italian espresso coffee roasting recipes. To ensure our roasting profiles remain consistent and sustainable, we constantly monitor them computer-aided.

- We roast our coffees daily and adjust our production according to our customers' orders. We try to avoid keeping finished products on our shelves whenever possible. As a coffee producer, the most important thing in production is ensuring that the coffee we ship is FRESH.

- For ground coffee orders, we grind and package your coffees immediately before shipping.

- We are a company established with the goal of "domestic capsule coffee production" by bringing our over 20 years of food manufacturing experience from Germany to our country. All capsule coffee production processes are completed in our own facility, and we do not purchase any intermediate products from outside.

- Our capsule coffees contain no additives and are produced with 100 coffee beans.

- During the packaging phase of capsule coffee production, nitrogen gas filling and packaging are carried out. The coffee is protected in a nitrogen environment throughout the packaging process. During this production phase, nitrogen is added to the coffee at six points. This minimizes the oxygen level in the coffee, ensuring that the capsule coffee retains its roasting-like freshness until the day it is used.

- While our coffee products have a legal shelf life of 2 years, we recommend consuming them within 3 months of production for freshness and flavor. We recommend that our whole bean and ground coffee products be consumed within 1 month of opening to preserve their flavor.

- Our 1000g coffees are shipped in valved, side-gusseted aluminum bags, while our 500g and 250g coffees are shipped in valved, zip-lock aluminum doypack bags. The locking feature of the doypack packaging allows you to reseal the packaging after you've consumed the amount of coffee you need, preserving the freshness of the rest of your coffee.

- Our coffee machines have a 2-year warranty, and all our products are shipped with an official invoice.

Bunu yapmaktaki en büyük amacimiz, üretmis oldugumuz ürünlerimizdeki tad profillerini ayni tutmak ve sürdürülebilir bir ürün lezzet kalitesi saglamaktir.

- Kullanmis oldugumuz kahve harmanlari, Italya'da 20 yildir kullanilan ve en çok begenilen kahve harmanlaridir.

- Kahvelerimizi, dünyaca taninmis Italyan espresso kahve kavurma reçetelerine göre, medium-dark profillerinde kavuruyoruz. Kavurma profillerimizin degismemesi ve sürdürülebilir olmasi için, kavurma profillerimizi sürekli bilgisayar ortaminda takip ediyoruz.

- Ögütülmüs kahve siparislerinizde, kahvelerinizi kargoya vermeden az önce ögütüp paketliyoruz.

- 20 yilin üzerinde Almanya'da sahip oldugumuz gida imalati tecrübemizi ülkemize tasiyarak, özellikle "yerli kapsül kahve imalati" hedefi ile kurulmus bir firmayiz. Kapsül kahve imalatindaki bütün süreçler kendi tesisimizde tamamlanmakta olup, disaridan herhangi bir ara mamül almamaktayiz.

- Üretmis oldugumuz kapsül kahvelerimizde herhangi bir katki malzemesi bulunmamaktadir ve 0 kahve çekirdekleri ile üretilmektedir.

- Kapsül kahve üretiminin paketleme asamasinda, azot gazli dolum ve paketleme yapilmaktadir. Kahve, paketleme süreci boyunca azot gazli ortam içerisinde korunmaktadir. Bu üretim asamasinda, kahveye 6 noktada azot takviyesi yapilir. Bu sayede kahvenin içerisindeki oksijen gazi orani minimuma indirilerek, kapsül kahvenin kullanilacagi güne kadar, kavrulma günkü tazeligini korumasi saglanmis olur.

- Üretmis oldugumuz kahve ürünlerimize, 2 yil yasal kullanim süresi yaziyor olmakla birlikte, tazelik ve lezzet açisindan, ürünlerimizin üretim tarihinden itibaren 3 ay içerisinde tüketilmesini tavsiye ediyoruz. Özellikle çekirdek ve ögütülmüs kahve ürünlerimizin, ambalajlarinin açilmasindan sonra, özelliklerini kaybetmemesi için 1 ay içerisinde tüketilmesini öneriyoruz.

- 1000 gr kahvelerimiz valfli yan körüklü aluminyum torbalarda, 500 ve 250 gr kahvelerimiz ise valfli ve kilitli doypack aluminyum torbalar içerisinde gönderilir. Doypack ambalajlarin kilit özelligi sayesinde, ihtiyaciniz kadar kahvenizi aldiktan sonra, ambalaji tekrar kilitleyebilir ve kalan kahvenizin tazeligini korumus olursunuz.

- Kahve makinelerimizin 2 yil garantisi olup, bütün ürünlerimiz resmi faturali olarak gönderilmektedir.
