Recommended Use

For Throat Irritation	Shake well to mix oil and water. Spray into throat 1–2 times and then swallow. Use as needed.
For Lung Irritation	Shake well to mix oil and water. Inhale through the mouth as you spray the back of your throat once. This will cause you to briefly cough, which is normal. Repeat if needed. Alternatively, you can spray the back of the throat 1–2 times and then inhale gently through the mouth to breathe the aroma into the lungs. Both methods of use are effective. Use as needed.
Frequency	Depending on symptom severity, we recommend 2 sprays 4 times per day to once per hour. Most only use Bronchia Guard for 3–4 days at a time, but if you use it continuously one bottle will last: 2 sprays, 4 times a day: Approx. 2 months, or 2 sprays, once per hour: Approx. 2 weeks
What to Expect	Immediately after spraying you will likely experience a temporary burning sensation and a very brief cough. This is normal and expected! The burn is from the spicy oils (which kill bad microbes) and will quickly subside as the menthol kicks in and begins to numb the area. The spray-induced cough is brief, helps to clear any phlegm in your lungs, and should not make existing coughing worse.

Can I use with lung disease?	We have several customers with asthma and COPD who love Bronchia Guard and claim that it helps them with their coughs. See our review section for those experiences. However, Bronchia Guard is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease and we recommend you use it under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional if you have any lung disease.
Can I give this to my toddler?	No. Peppermint and eucalyptus have both been linked to seizures in children under 3. In addition, this is a powerful and concentrated product and young children likely won't tolerate the flavor. For these reasons we recommend against giving Bronchia Guard to anyone younger than 6.
How long will one bottle last?	If you used one bottle continuously every day (though most only use Bronchia Guard for 3–4 days at a time), one bottle would last: approximately 2 months, if using 2 sprays 4 times per day, or approximately 2 weeks, if using 2 sprays once per waking hour
How spicy is this?	Oregano, cinnamon, and clove are spicy oils. Peppermint oil helps to cool the burn, and the oils are diluted in our formula, but they still pack some punch (that's how you know it's working). The first spray can be a bit of a shock, but most people tolerate Bronchia Guard well once they know what to expect (and especially once the numbing menthol kicks in).
