Evolution Salt Co's Himalayan Crystal Salt is pristine, pure and 100% natural and raw. Our salt is never heated, treated, refined or processed in any way. It is hand extracted, water washed, air-dried and stone ground and contains 84 minerals and trace elements that are essential for the human body. The minerals are raw in their most natural and easily absorbed form making it easy for the body to metabolize.

Evolution Salt Co's Himalayan crystal salt is 100% raw; therefore it cannot be genetically modified. The verification seal can be found on our entire gourmet line along with our bulk salts.
