The Traditional Swiss Way

Original Swiss Bircher Muesli (Bircher's Recipe, serves 2):

1) 3/ cup familia No Added Sugar Muesli

2) 1/2 cup plain or fruit yogurt

3) 3/4 cup milk

4) 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

5) 2 tbsp orange juice

6) 1/4 banana thinly sliced

7) 1 unpeeled apple, chopped or grated

8) Handful of seasonal fruit, berries and grapes

Mix together and leave to soak for at least 10 minutes - the longer the better. Enjoy!

Other Ingredients

Whole grain rolled oats, whole grain wheat flakes, fruit flakes (whole grain flour (whey, rye, barley) date pulp, apples, banana puree), raisins (sunflower oil), millet flakes, roasted hazelnuts, wheat germ, roasted almonds.
