Femibion 1 provides women with both folic acid (200 mcg) and biologically active folates (200 mcg Metafolin) to create optimal conditions for the birth of a healthy child. This applies even to those with reduced enzyme activity. Consuming sufficient folate (400 mcg per day) from food is unlikely: the required amount of folate is contained in 10 kg of apples or 1.3 kg of oranges! Therefore, taking special vitamin complexes containing folates, such as Femibion 1 and Femibion 2, is recommended.
