Ingredients:Water, green tea, kombucha cultivated mushroom, fresh ginger, beet sugar.
Directions for Use:Drink cold. Consume within 10 days of opening the bottle. If it is stored for longer than two weeks, you should release the gas at weekly intervals of 3-4 days. As a fermented product, Kombucha has a very long shelf life. However, as fermentation continues after bottling, the acidity level will increase. Therefore, we recommend an expiration date of 4 months after bottling, provided it is stored in the refrigerator.
Caution: Mother Fungus May Appear:Kombucha mother fungus forms naturally during traditional fermentation. After bottling, raw kombucha may re-form as it sits in the bottle, even if the cap is not opened.
