1. How to keep the strips fresh?

The strips should be kept in their original bottle. Please don't move them to any other containers. Please also finish the strips within 90 days after the bottle is opened. Since the strips will contact with humidity and other chemicals in the atmosphere and speed up the degradation. The longer they're opened, the more enzymes inside the strips lose their activity.

2. Why does my meter keep giving a wide variance of results within minutes?

It is caused by repeated measuring. As it takes a few minutes for a glucometer to recalibrate from the previous test, we encourage our customers to test the glucose/ketone levels every day at several fixed times to track the trend. Please avoid repeatedly doing tests within minutes. In most cases, the problem will be resolved accordingly.

3. It seems that my meter or strip isn't working properly. What should I do?

If you suspect the meter/strip is not giving accurate results, you can use the control solutions to do the control tests. If the test results fall within the ranges printed on the strip bottles, then the meter and strips are both working fine.
