It all starts at Gaia Farm, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. We chose the Pisgah Forest region because it is one of the most biodiverse regions in North America. Here, we also build an annual seed bank that begins the Gaia Herbs seed-to-shelf journey.
