Galantino Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold-pressed (at a temperature below 27 C) from Coratina and Ogliarola olives, primarily hand-picked and crushed using traditional granite millstones. This organic oil is produced directly by the Galantino farm in the Puglia region. Aroma: The nose reveals a medium fruity aroma with herbal notes. Flavor: On the palate, the medium fruity flavor is very pronounced with an aftertaste of almond and artichoke. Pairings: Excellent seasoning for pasta, mixed green salads, vegetables (cooked and raw), fish, and bruschetta.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT L'Huile d'Olive Extra Vierge Biologique Galantino est produite à froid (à une temperature en dessous de 27 C) à partir des olives des variétés Coratina et Ogliarola, cueillies principalement à la main et broyées par les meules en granit traditionelles. Cette huile biologique est produite directement par l'exploitation agricole Galantino dans la région des Pouilles. Arôme: Au nez on perçoit l'arôme fruité moyen avec des notes d'herbes. Saveur: En bouche on remarque très bien la saveur fruitée moyenne avec un arrière- goût d'amande et artichaut. Accords: Excellent assaisonnement pour Pasta, salades vertes et variées, légumes (cuits et crus), poisson et bruschetta.
