To support rural development, we established a freeze-drying facility in Sahinler Village, Burhaniye, Balikesir, with European Union funding. We supply fruits and vegetables from local producers in our village and nearby Edremit Bay. We freeze-dry them under hygienic conditions in accordance with European Union directives, preserving their flavor, color, nutritional value, and naturalness. Furthermore, we maintain the crunchy, crunchy form of the fruits and vegetables, ensuring they are enjoyed by everyone. In the freeze-drying process, we first sort the products, wash them, and freeze them at -40 degrees Celsius. After freezing, we place them in machines that evaporate the juices under low pressure and at very low temperatures, reducing the moisture content of the products to 2-3 . Once the moisture level has decreased, we place our products in air-tight, light-sealed, protective packaging in humidity-controlled packaging rooms and deliver them to you in their most natural state. Our products, packaged in protective packaging, don't require a freezer or refrigerator for storage. Simply store them at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Nem seviyesi düsen ürünlerimizi , nem kontrollü paketleme odalarinda hava ve isik almayan koruyucu ambalajlarimiza koyup, en dogal halleri ile sizlere ulastiriyoruz.
