To support rural development, we established a freeze-drying facility in Sahinler Village, Burhaniye, Balikesir, with support from European Union funds. We process fruits and vegetables procured from local producers under hygienic conditions in accordance with European Union directives. We freeze-dry fruits and vegetables, preserving their flavor, color, nutritional value, and naturalness, while also ensuring a crunchy, delicious fruit and vegetable form that everyone enjoys. In the freeze-drying process, we first sort the products, wash them, and freeze them at -40 degrees Celsius. After freezing, we place them in machines that evaporate and dry the moisture content of the products under low pressure and very low temperatures, reducing the moisture content to approximately 2 . Our products, which are kept at very low moisture levels, also have a very long expiration date. We pack our products, which have reduced moisture levels, in airtight and light-proof protective packaging in humidity-controlled packaging rooms and deliver them to you in their most natural state.
The Gargali Food Team's experts selected the orchards of our farmers who grow the finest apples on the summits of Kazdagi. Our farmers, practicing good agricultural practices, brought the carefully harvested apples to our facility.
