Garofalo a été fabriqué depuis plus de 300 ans à Gragnano près de Naples en Italie, la maison des pâtes. Fabriqué à partir de blé dur 100 résistant et moulé avec une teinture bronze, les pâtes Garofalo donnent leur goût et leur texture premium. Fusilli Bucati Corti, un tire-bouchon en forme de pâtes avec chaque spirale étroitement attachée. Le mot vient du Fusilli Italian fuso signifie broche comme elle est traditionnellement « filée » sur la broche – traditionnellement une aiguille à tricoter. - Préparation et utilisation : Temps de cuisson : 11 min.
