Xihu Longjing tea, a famous type of green tea in China, grows in the mountains around Xihu Lake (West Lake) in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, including areas such as Mount Lion, Mount Longjing, Mount Wuyun, and Mount Hupao. Producing Xihu Longjing tea is a complex process. Elaborate techniques are employed during harvesting and processing to ensure excellent quality. When brewing the tea, pour boiling water of approximately 80 degrees Celsius into the cup. The tea buds will slowly unfurl, like lotuses floating on the surface. The tea liquor is dark green and has a sweet, mellow aroma. How to brew Xihu Longjing green tea: 1. Rinse the teacup and teapot with hot water. 2. Use approximately 3.5 to 7 grams of tea leaves (2 to 3.5 teaspoons) for every 225 ml of water. 3. Steep the tea leaves in hot water at 70 C (158 F) to 80 C (176 F) for 1 minute for the first and second infusions. 4. Gradually increase the steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewings. 5. Refill the glass when it is still about 1 3 full. Storage: Protect from moisture and strong odors keep refrigerated.

GOARTEA Dragon Well Green Tea Loose Leaf 50g 1.76oz Top Grade Xihu Longjing Thé Vert - Chinese West Lake Long Jing Spring Green Tea Thé Vert
