2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Onion (Diced)
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
8 Ounces Mushrooms (Sliced)
1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp Italian
2 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth, 1 cup Wild Rice
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream & 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan

Directions For Cooking

In a large skillet, saute onions and mushrooms until tender. Cook and stir constantly. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and vegetable seasonings.

Add vegetable or chicken stock as per your preference and bring it to a boil. Then, add rice to the pan and simmer the flame. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook the rice for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the rice to stand for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. If desired, garnish it with remaining Italian seasoning. Sever hot, enjoy your healthy meal
