You Will Need

• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter or coconut oil*
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Preheat your over to 350®F. 
2. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. 
3. Pour contents of the mix into a bowl and stir with a spoon. 
4. Add the egg and then the butter or oil and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly. 
5. Drop 1 tablespoon of dough on the cookie sheet to make approximately 12 cookies. Space cookie dough 2 inches apart and press down to desired thickness. 
6. Bake between 10-15 minutes or until edges golden. 
7. Let the cookies cool completely before eating or they will fall apart.
