Brazilian Caracoli is a unique, round bean. It offers a strong aromatic force with notes of toasted bread, and balances a nutty bitterness with lemony notes. Caracoli is actually a name for a coffee. There are several origins of caracolis. It is even an anomaly naturally present in all green coffee harvests: during the maturation of coffee, it sometimes happens that it does not grow as it should.
