Organic green coffee ground into granules - Artisan du Vert (500g) INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Soak 7 green coffee beans overnight in a glass of water, filter before drinking.Product packaged in a resealable kraft bag for better preservation of aromas and flavors. Green coffee is drunk as a decoction, at a rate of 7 beans infused overnight in 1 glass of water, Filter before drinking. These contain two kernels containing the green coffee beans, picked at maturity, dried, then broken to recover the beans. Green coffee is not roasted and therefore retains all its natural virtues. Roasted, coffee loses two essential components, cafestol and kahweol. Green coffee is the ripe fruit of the coffee tree, a shrub native to Ethiopia and growing on the high plateaus of tropical areas. It is a small evergreen tree, which produces fruits called "coffee cherries". Le café vert n'est pas torréfié et conserve donc toutes ses vertus naturelles. Torréfié, le café perd en effet deux composants essentiels, le cafestol et le kahweol. Le café vert est le fruit mûr du caféier, un arbuste originaire d'Éthiopie et poussant sur les hauts plateaux des zones tropicales. Il s'agit d'un petit arbre à feuillage persistant, qui donne des fruits appelés "cerises du caféier" .
