Our pine honey, a source of flavor with its aroma and rich nutrients, is produced in the Kemalpasa plateau of Izmir and presented to you with its own brand patent. Organic pine honey is the most preferred type of honey among honeydew honey. It is obtained by enzymatically combining the secretions of the insect called basra, which lives on pine trees, with the body secretions of bees. Therefore, it is called honeydew honey. When it comes to extracted honey, the first honey that comes to mind is pine honey.

How is Pine Honey Produced?

The Persian beetle sucks the sap of the pine tree and leaves a secretion. This secretion, rich in protein, minerals, and enzymes, is taken into the bees' bodies and, when enzymaticized in their own bodies, is transformed into honey. The bees carry it to the hives and carefully store it in the honeycomb cells. These secretions not only meet the bees' nutritional needs but also transform it into a delicious and enjoyable honey.
