-Due to the collagen it contains, it turns into a jelly-like consistency at 4 C in the refrigerator.
-Should be stored in the refrigerator at 4 C and consumed within 2 days after opening.-Do not consume products with swollen or leaking lids.

You can freeze the remaining product and consume it within 6 months.
Seasoned Gurvita Tripe Soup Recipe and Ingredients:
-1 egg yolk
-2 tablespoons milk
-1 level tablespoon garlic
-1 tablespoon Gurvita organic grape vinegar
-1 teaspoon salt
How to prepare:
Whisk the egg yolks and milk thoroughly in a bowl.
Pour your Gurvita Tripe Soup into a pot and boil for a few minutes.
Add crushed garlic, Gurvita organic grape vinegar, and salt.
Turn off the heat. Meanwhile, add the egg yolk and milk mixture to the soup and stir.
Serve hot.
