They are cut and packaged according to Güzel Ada Gida's specified dimensions. We do not use irradiation (gamma radiation) in product sterilization, which violates the Organic Agriculture Law. Instead, products are steam sterilized, then filled into sterilized jars in our own facilities, and finally delivered to our tables.
