Green coffee is a diet coffee that has become popular recently and is replacing green tea. There are two ways to prepare it:

METHOD 1: Like Turkish Coffee, boil 2 teaspoons of it in a cup with cold water, strain, and serve.

METHOD 2: Brew 3 teaspoons of boiling water in a French press, per cup, and serve without boiling. Because it is not roasted, it has a very low caffeine content.
