In contrast to industrial products, common flavour enhancers, colours and preservatives or glutamates (contains yeast extract).400 g glass, average dilution 20 to 30 times, can be stored for at least half a year. Store cool after opening and use within 6 weeks. Frozen for 2 years. Preserved in the freezer, Demi-Glace remains viscous and can be portioned at any time.

Demi-Glace Beef
Ingredients:Beef broth (water, beef bones, leeks, carrots, celery, onions), natural flavoring (contains celery), iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodate), thickener: pectin, sugar, coloring food: apple extract, beef extract, spices.Instructions for use: 1 tbsp (45g) Demi Glace to 1 litre of liquid.
