Here at Horse `O Peace Ranch we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Our soaps are all handmade and hand cut. We use NO chemical fragrances, NO dyes (natural or unnatural), and NO fillers. Since our business is making products for people with sensitive skin, every ingredient is carefully chosen and purposefully used. Which means we use NO water in our recipe, not even a drop. Only 100% raw goat milk. This gives the user a feel of a luxurious milk bath, and leaves the skin feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. We also use only pure essential oils to add a scent to the soaps, and offer an array of unscented soap as well.

Our Lavender soap is one of our bestsellers! Known for its wonderfully calming floral scent, this Lavender is sure to be soothing on the most sensitive skin types. From a newborn baby's first bath, to very mature skin, Lavender is an excellent choice. Good for oily skin, combination skin, or dry skin.

Making Soap

We make all our soaps in small batches in an effort to ensure the purest and finest quality of handmade goat milk soaps. We personally inspect each and every bar of soap at every step in the process, which includes:

Once the bars are poured in to the mold
Once the bars are popped out of their mold
As they are being cut
As they are being handled to remove less visually appealing parts
As they are being hand wrapped by our team of soap wrappers
And finally, once again as it is prepared for shipping

More information about our products

During the soap making process (saponification) we carefully watch the temperatures of our ingredients to make sure that we remain below the threshold of cooking the milk. As a result, we are are able to supply you with goat milk that is in its rawest and unpasteurized form. This enables you to receive all the benefits and nutrients of a completely natural bar of soap.

We have had a number of years now growing our business. As a result, our original herd of goats was not able to keep up with the demand. This afforded us a wonderful opportunity to reach out to other farmers in our area, purchasing all the excess raw goat milk that they were unable to find a market for. So rather than dumping their extra milk, we are paying the farmers a high premium to support their farms, while helping our local economy and families in a brand new way that we had never thought of previously.
