Our organic extra virgin olive oil is made in Italy from 100 Mediterranean EU olives. The oil is obtained exclusively by mechanical means during the first cold pressing, without heat or chemicals. The result is a mild, soft olive oil without a bitter aftertaste, perfect for daily use. Thanks to the low acidity of 0.33 , this oil more than meets the standard for extra virgin (=0.8 ). HANT olive oil is fully organic certified (IT-BIO-007), not refined and never mixed with cheaper or non-EU oil. Ideal for salads, bread, hot dishes or straight from the spoon.
