Preparation of Turkish Coffee:For one cup of coffeePour 1 cup of cold water into a cezve, add two teaspoons (7 g) of coffee, and add sugar as desired. Place the cezve on a low heat. Stir slowly, waiting for the coffee to foam, then pour the foam into the cup and immediately put the coffee pot back on the heat. Wait for the coffee to foam again without overflowing, then pour it into the cup. Repeat the process for more cups.
