Typical, indigenous, and a true Argentine symbol, sweet milk was born on June 24, 1829, in the La Caledonia district, where the Pact of Cannae was signed between Juan Manuel de Roses and the commander of the Unitarian Army, Juan Lavalle. The story goes that a woman was preparing a hot, sweet milk, which was used to drink the milk at the time. Upon Lavalle's arrival, she lay down in the bed where de Roses usually rested. Seeing the enemy leader, the woman ran to get the guards, but she forgot the milk in the fire. Upon returning, a miracle occurred: its color changed and it thickened, giving the sweet milk its origin. Le sucré de lait est né le 24 juin 1829 dans la pièce La Caledonie, où le pacte de cannes a été signé entre Juan Manuel de roses et le commandant de l'armée unitaire, Juan Lavalle. Il dit l'histoire qu'une élevage préparait un lait chaud sucré avec lequel on prenait les mats à l'époque. À l'arrivée Lavalle, elle s'est allongée dans le catre où elle reposait habituellement des Roses. En regardant le chef ennemi, la femme a couru à chercher la garde, mais on oublie le lait dans le feu. Au retour, le miracle s'est produit, sa couleur change et s'est épaissie, donnant une origine décontractée à la douce lait.
