We carefully dried the mint species, which we grow in our garden in Izmir,organicallyand packaged them as leaves. There are many species and subspecies of mint,Mentha x spicata (Mint - Common Mint - Spearmint)The type of mint we're familiar with from our gardens. This package, which is unground and in tea form, containswhere and how it grows is known.We recommend it for those who want to use mint in cooking and tea.

Hot Infusion:

Steep 1-2 tablespoons (approximately 4 g) of the herb in 1.5 cups of hot water for 7-8 minutes.

Cold Brew

Infuse 1-2 tablespoons (approximately 4 grams) of the herb with 1.5 cups of water in a pitcher. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally.
