The heart of citrus fruit is handmade by local women using the peel of Silifke citrus trees and beet sugar.

Sour orange is the main tree from which all citrus varieties are produced. It is usually grafted onto other varieties of sour orange saplings.

You'll love our handmade bitter orange jam with its delicious aroma and flavor.

Our jam contains no added sweeteners, additives, or preservatives other than bitter orange peel and beet sugar.

We offer it to you in a natural, healthy glass jar. It contains a net weight of at least 600g ( - 60g).

You can use bitter orange jam for breakfast, as well as in cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. You can also dilute it and consume it as a drink.
