Directions for use

Pour 1-2 tbsp of the mixture with 0.2-0.3 liters of boiling water, leave for 1 hour at room temperature.

Take 1/3 of the resulting volume 3 times a day 10-15 minutes before meals, straining each portion through a sieve.

Externally - for gargling 4-5 times a day for 3 minutes.

Minimum course of treatment: depends on the severity of the disease (acute or chronic) and can last from 3 days or more, sometimes up to six months.

It is advisable to take breaks of 7-10 days after each month.

Способ применения

1-2 ст. л. сбора залить 0,2-0,3 л кипятка, настоять 1 час при комнатной температуре. Принимать по 1/3 от полученного объема 3 раза в день за 10-15 мин до еды, каждую порцию процеживая через ситечкою Наружно - для полосканий 4-5 раз в день по 3 мин.

Минимальный курс приема: зависит от тяжести заболевания (острый процесс или хронический) и может продлиться от 3 дней и более, иногда до полугода. Желательно после каждого месяца делать перерывы в 7-10 дней.
