Zinc Sulfate

The Zinc Sulfate granules provide a dry formulation of zinc for application around fruit trees. Corrects deficiency that causes deformity of fruit, prevents and corrects Rosette on Pecans. Can be used as a foliage spray or as a soil treatment.

Use Instructions

Foliage Spray - Mix 1 tablespoon per 3 gallons of water or 1 lb. per 50 gallons of water. Make first application after pollination when tip of nutlets turn brown. Make 2 more applications at 3 to 4 week intervals.

Soil Treatment - Apply broadcast from the trunk to the dripline of the tree. For trees up to 7 inches in diameter, apply 1¾ lbs. per inch of diameter. For trees over 7 inches in diameter, apply 3½ lbs. per inch of diameter. Product should be worked into the soil to prevent washing away.

For soil treatment apply broadcast from the trunk to the dripline. See label instruction. For spray application mix 1 tablespoon per 3 gallons of water or 1 lb. per 50 gallons of water. This product contains 17% Sulfur and 36% Zinc. An excellent source of zinc for all types of fruit trees. Prevents and corrects rosette deficiency in pecan trees which causes deformity of fruit.
